is a registered RYS yoga school with the Yoga Alliance, directed by Sharla Holladay, ERYT.

Yoga Teacher Training
Fall 2011
Directed by Sharla Holladay, ERYT, approved by the Yoga Alliance to train teachers at a 200 hour level.
Course Outline:
1. Techniques Training/Practice - Includes asanas, pranayamas, kriyas, chanting, mantra, meditation, and traditional yoga techniques.
2. Teaching Methodology
3. Anatomy & Physiology
4. Yoga Philosophy/Lifestyle - Includes the study of yoga philosophies, yoga lifestyle, and ethics for yoga teachers.
5. Practicum-Practice & assisting teaching.
Dates: Teacher Training Open House & Q&A session: Sat. Sept. 10. Fall 2011 session will start Sat. Sept. 24 and will run mostly Saturday and Sundays through end of year. Required attendance and practicum will be scheduled on an individual basis on other days of the week and some into January 2012. Homework is required weekly. 
Cost: $90 registration fee. $1995 tuition, Payment plan available. Required book purchases in addition
200 Hour Certification: After successfully passing this course you should be qualified and confident to teach Beginner - Intermediate levels of yoga classes.
YogaYou Teacher Program: to teach at YogaYou one must complete instruction, attendance and practice teaching in addition.

When paid in full for your yoga teacher training you can attend unlimited yoga classes at YogaYou until graduation date. There is a final rite of passage that is up to the student to complete before graduating. After graduation, our certificate is turned into the Yoga Alliance, along with the
application to be certified through them and a fee due to them.

YogaYou does not require any ongoing credits (except for teachers at YogaYou), but the Yoga Alliance does require
continuing education credits.
