For your convenience I have included some answers to frequently asked questions below.
What time do I arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class. Following classes you can arrive anywhere 5-15 minutes early.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing, that won’t come up over your head if you bend down.
What do I bring?
If you already own a yoga mat you can bring it with you if you like. You can also bring a pillow or blanket to sit on if you like. The first week of the course we provide mats. After that week you can rent one for $1 each time or you can purchase one. I recommend waiting to purchase one until you have attended at least one class because many times mats that are labeled for yoga are not suitable, and you may end up buying one that you may not feel suits your needs once you have done yoga.
Can I eat before yoga class?
Don’t eat a big meal or anything heavy before coming to yoga. You will not want to be real hungry either, so maybe eat a light snack like some fruit or raw vegetables.
Is yoga hard?
The beginner’s course is specially designed to go at each individuals pace. Yoga is totally non competitive, so you do just what you can do.
Can I come at other class times if I miss?
I teach the same class three times a week during the six weeks; Mondays at 7PM, Tuesdays at 9:30AM, Wednesdays at 5:45PM.
I ask each student to call or email if they are unable to make the class time assigned to them. This opens up spots for students in other classes that may have to miss their class time and want to make it up. It also opens up the space for students that want to double take by coming to more than one class time in a week. This is OK and encouraged but is availability on space is determined by people letting me know if they are not able to come. Letting me know early if you are unable to attend one session opens that space for someone else.

Directions to the studio:
From Jacksonville
Take the first Cabot exit, and turn right on Hwy 321. After several miles you will turn left onto Hwy 89 (
From Beebe
Take the Hwy 89 exit into Cabot and go over the freeway (opposite way than Walmart). Stay on Hwy 89 all the way through town. You will pass Knights Grocery, then pass through a light by Community Bank. We are on the right down a little further in Olympic Plaza.
